Almost 1 Year With Calorie Cycling

Time really flies! I stumbled upon a Free 7 Day Calorie Shifting Menu and started this blog approximately one year ago to give myself motivation by penning down my journey to a healthier me. Ever since I started to slim down, I experience dramatic improvement in terms of my personal life and career. Other than I have lost over 55lbs in a year (127 lbs now!), I have also been promoted early this year. I am very sorry that I do not get to post any updates for the past few months because I was caught up with lots of work.

In terms of my diet, I am still sticking with the concept of varying my caloric intake on a daily basis with slightly more protein as I wanted to build more muscle to tone up my body (muscle burns twice more calorie than regular body cells!). I went to gym for light weight training twice a week and yoga twice a week (I am much more active now as compared to one year ago).

I hope that I can continue updating the blog with my progress. I promise, I will definitely find some time. Meanwhile, I also hope that you can start taking action towards a healthier you. You can start off just like me at the beginning, you can get a Free 7 Day menu from the Calorie Shifting website mentioned above. :)
